FINTECH CONFIDENTIAL LIVE WEBINAR
What happens inside an institution when stablecoins actually work
A conversation on operating stablecoin readiness without creating another silo.
I am not neutral on digital assets. I think they are useful, and I also think most institutions are underestimating what it takes to run them.
Here is the pattern I keep running into. Institutions added cards, ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, and push-to-account one at a time, and every addition brought a system, a vendor, a control, a liquidity requirement, and a reconciliation process. A rail is a tool, not a product. What the institution has to operate afterward is the strategy, and that is the part people skip.
Stablecoins and other digital assets are changing banking infrastructure. They change where money sits, how it moves, when it settles, who controls it, and who is accountable when something goes wrong. Institutions that wait risk losing customers and deposits to more flexible financial platforms. The practical response is to begin readiness work now, even when launch timing is still uncertain.
